Privacy policy
How Holden collects, uses, and protects information across this website and its services.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information Holden receives through tryholden.com, sales conversations, implementation work, and the Holden lead-response service. Holden may process lead and conversation information on behalf of real-estate customers. In that context, the customer controls why the information is processed and Holden acts as its service provider or processor.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
This may include your name, work email, telephone number, company, CRM or lead-source information, business requirements, support requests, billing details, and other information you choose to send us.
Service information
When Holden operates a customer workflow, we may process lead contact details, inquiry context, consent-source records, SMS messages, qualification answers, routing events, opt-outs, handoff records, and operational logs.
Website and device information
We may receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP. If we add analytics or cookies, we will use them for site operation, security, and product improvement and provide any notice required by law.
3. How we use information
- Provide, configure, support, and secure Holden.
- Respond to inquiries and administer customer relationships.
- Process inbound lead conversations and handoffs under customer instructions.
- Maintain consent, opt-out, audit, and delivery records.
- Monitor performance, detect abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve the service.
- Comply with law and enforce our agreements.
4. How we share information
We may share information with infrastructure, communications, hosting, analytics, payment, and professional service providers that help us operate Holden; with a Holden customer and its authorized agents when a lead is routed or handed off; when required by law; or in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information or share SMS consent with third parties for their independent marketing.
5. SMS data
Holden processes messaging data only to provide the configured conversation, routing, support, safety, and recordkeeping functions. Message frequency varies. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out of messages within the identified sender and consent scope and HELP for assistance. See our SMS Policy.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, fulfill the purposes described here, comply with legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security and opt-out records. Customer instructions and applicable agreements may set more specific retention periods.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International processing
Information may be processed in the United States, Canada, or other countries where Holden or its service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have different privacy laws from your own.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions. To make a request, email hello@tryholden.com. SMS recipients may reply STOP at any time.
10. Children
Holden is a business service and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as Holden changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where required.
